Celebrating Mom

While Helen and Tony continue on the dory,

I'm traveling with family to celebrate Mom's 85th Birthday this weekend.

It could be an interesting weekend with a significant winter storm expected to dump as much as 30" of snow on the Cascades this weekend. Sure glad we were able to upgrade to a four wheel drive vehicle at the rental counter. Hope to be over the first pass before the snow hits.

Sunday afternoon is the big party. Here's hoping people can get there safely.

  1. Wishing your Mom a very happy birthday. What a precious photo of her!

I will worry about your trip until I hear you made it safely. :)

    1. We're over the first pass with no snow sticking. Going to stop in at Glory Farm for a few minutes then over Blewett. Apparently sunshine in Wenatchee right now.
