Wandering the Neighborhood - 4/27/2013

Since we're here at Champoeg State Park, we decided to go out and wander the countryside today. It was another blue sky day with the mountains out in all their glory. Beautiful, but very difficult to for me to photograph.

Lots of horticulture for nursery stock,

occasional fields of hops,

and vineyards.

We even got a $2 ferry ride in the process

and, of course, the old barn picture of the day.

Back at the park, we're nestled under the oak trees,

waiting for the potluck and for the moon to rise again.
